A straightforward explanation

Your enquiry.
Your information.

This page explains how the forms on this website work. For questions about information you have shared, contact info@violetmedia.org.

Project enquiries

The project form asks for your name, email, business details, and project requirements. It sends these details through FormSubmit to Violet Media so we can respond, discuss your brief, and prepare a proposal if requested. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or confidential documents.

FormSubmit is a third-party service and may process submissions outside Australia. You can read its privacy information, or email us directly instead.

Concept website forms

The bakery, fitness, and interior design websites are fictional demonstrations. Their forms run in your browser. They do not send, book, purchase, or store the details you enter. Use sample information when trying them.

Website services

The site is hosted by Netlify and uses Google Fonts. Visiting it involves requests to those providers, which may receive ordinary connection information such as your IP address. The redesigned site does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
